Koppers to sell China chemicals plant; expects 4Q earnings below forecast

Koppers Holdings plans to sell a chemicals plant in China in a deal valued at $107 million. The Downtown company said Tuesday the buyer is Fangda Carbon New Material Co. and C-Chem Co., a subsidiary of Nippon Steel Chemical and Material Co.
