The largest decreases in quits rates occurred in Maine (−1.2 percentage points) and Delaware (−1.0 percentage point), as well as in Alabama and Vermont (−0.9 percentage point each). The quits rate increased from 2.6 percent to 3.1 percent in Kansas.
